Niagara Parks Butterfly Conservatory

It was almost felt like the butterflies wanted to get to know you. They were not afraid, landing on your arm or clothes to say hi.

Located on the grounds of Niagara Parks Botanic Gardens, the Conservatory was a bus trip away from Niagara Falls.

With a myriad of colours and patterns they mesmerised us as they flew and flitted from plant leaves to flowers to a water hole or little stream. The conservatory was temperature controlled and very humid, but if you were uncomfortable it was worth the experience
